When power is initially turned on, water fills the reservoir, but then that's it. Water does not pump up the tube or spray on to the freezing plate (which is cold). Cleaned all the tubes, still didn't help. I can hear the drain pump running (and it does circulate out the water from the reservoir to the drain), but it does not pump water up the tube to the plate to make ice.
