You need to remove the front of the washer first and then the top is bolted down from the inside front corners.

There are two screws towards the bottom of the washer that are hard to see because they are under that funny edge on the front panel. The screws are run in at a angle. Take them two screws out and then left the front panel off from the bottom edge.

How do I remove the lid of the washer?
Grab up front push back, then up or pry with a putty knife, or completely unscrew the control area.
At the present itty bitty droplets (2 max so far) show up during rinse cycle agitation.
Felt outside of drain hose ann inside walls of washer throught round access panels in the back and see no signs of water trace down the right panel (right as you stand in front of the washer).
Getting the top lid open is a challenge and I don't want to mess the enamel on the washer prying it up with a putty knife full force and then find out that's not how you open the top of this machine.
Can you help?
