I cannot get your model number to come up so we don't know what machine you actually have.

We have had the washer just under 2 years and had not had any problems until today. It will fill correctly, but will not agitate. The motor sounds like it is humming, but there is no movement. We are able to proceed to the spin cycle and it will luckly spin and empty out the water. I can not recall if the agitator should spin freely when not in use or not, but currently it does not move at all when the unit is off.
