Since you have replaced the electric solenoid, the likely problem is the timer is not sending 120 volts to the solenoid.
Check the voltage by advancing the timer to the point where fabric softener is supposed to enter the washer and check the voltage coming to the terminals from the wiring. If there is not 120 volts you will have to replace the timer.

Our front loading washer will not despense fabric softener. I have replaced the electric valve, made sure all hoses and openings are clear and it still will not work. Do you have any suggestions as what to do next?
