Here is the tech sheet for your model. It will tell you how to run it through diagnostics. See if you can get it to fill during the diagnostic test.

Could be a bad control board.

Buzzing noise seems to be coming from gray box where all wires plug into. I'm guessing that's the "brain". Buzzing isn't very loud ,but is noticeable if top off machine.I thought it was a stuck relay switch,no such luck.

Can you tell were the buzzing noise is coming from?
If it's coming from the water inlet valve then chances are that's the problem.

Have changed the flow meter and acturator,but still no water flow during wash cycle. Can put over to rinse cycle and drum fills up.After water runs threw dispenser and then should continue to fill, there is a buzzing noise.Any ideas?
