The first thing I would do is remove the front panel and check all hoses and the drain pump for clogs.

My spin cycle does not complete and water still remains in the tub after the cycle is supposedly completed. The pump still seems to work but the drum does not appear to spin fast enough to draw the water through the clothes and out the drain. Please help me....
