Here is a link to the service manual for your model. The broken strut should not stop it from spinning,but go ahead and fix it and see what happens. Front load washer won't spin. I removed the front access panel and looked for the Tech sheet and only found a wiring diagram. Is there a link or is this Tech sheet available online to download?
While I had the front access panel off I noticed that one of the shock absorbers was broken. Could this be the cause of the washer not spinning?
