I am sorry I do not have an exact temperature for my freezer, but i can tell you its been 2 days and it still seems to be keeping everything completely frozen. My ice machine is working properly also. The correct Serial # KSRS25lKWH01 Model #SL4233792. I cleaned out all of the dust around the coils underneath and the fan kicked on and has been running since then. The refridgerator is still not cold only a little cool. I hope this helps! I am at a loss and figure its something very small and inexpensive but I need help figuring it out. Thank You, Kathy

What is exact temperature in the freezer? Does the fan in the freezer work? Do the compressor (on the back) and the fan next to it are working? The model number you posted is incomplete.

Gene.
