Check the condition of the door gaskets. Air must be leaking in somewhere. Put a dollar bill between the gasket and door. It should hold it snug. Try it all the way around both doors.

I have a Whrilpool refrigerator modelET1MHKXMQ01.
Ice is forming around the base of the air tower in the freezer. Therefore, water is leaking down into the refrigerator instead of going down the back to the catch basin. I have thawed everthing out and restarted the freezer and the same thing is happening again. What could be the problem.? Please help. Thanks,
