THhs dishwasher is not cleaning dishes well, especially the ones on top rack. I opened the front door while running and I noticed the dishwasher arms were NOT rotating, but water was coming out from the holes. What could be the problem? Is it Just the Motor that could be broken and do not make the arms rotate?
