Sara Victora,

If the part has been discontinued by the manufacturer there is almost impossible to find it. The best solution for you in such situation is to remove the wire rack and use the microwave without it.

I really love my microwave oven, but need the little plastic rack supports. It is very old and the items are no longer manufactured. I found the part number (WB2X4511), and even found a picture of it online....but have been told nobody has them! :( This microwave was manufactured in June 1986. Serial number LT 948842S.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve my problem? Is their any substitute part that would work ?

Thanks, Sara Victora
