Make sure the top of the drain pipe is 38 inches up from the floor, and that the drain hose end is not stuck or sealed to the standpipe. Good Luck, :) :) :)

The drain hose is the black sturdy ribbed plastic one that runs from the washer and empties into my drain line for the house. bae
