I found the right part number for the door hinge.
It is AP145328

You should call the APP customer service tomorrow and ask for Adam. He will help you to exchange the wrong parts.

The part number Y0765520 is incorrect or incomplete.
Please verify it and repost.

Caloric oven model #RL 5269 UW
I got the part by calling this site and the girl told me that I should order part #AP3970433 and I received Y0765520.

How did you run the part search?
Where did you get the part number?
What is the exact model number of the unit?

I think the problem is that Caloric was taken over by Amana and then Maytag, Whirlpool. I'm not sure who owns it now. But you can't get Caloric parts now. The parts I received are in a bag with Maytag on it and also has a Whirlpool Corp label on it too. Part #Y07655200. How do I get an original Caloric part without looking for someone to throw out their old Caloric oven and taking a part off of it?

when I open the door in the fully open position, it doesn't stay down. It springs right back up. I have to apply a normal amount of pressure to open the door. When I have to place a large pan in it with two hands, I need someone to hold the door open for me.

The is one of the most simplest door hinge. It is not adjustable and I never had any problems.
How much pressure you have to put on the door to keep it open?
I do not see any reasonable solutions.
