Hi, My direct drive kenmore washing machine is filling water, agitating, and draining properly. However during spin cycles, it does not spin, so the clothes come out very wet. If I open the lid, and hand spin the but counterclockwise, and then close the lid, it will spin fine. Would appreciate any idea as to how I can repair it. Thanks a lot!
