Hollow cubes are caused by not enough water filling the ice mold. Low water pressure supply or partially blocked water inlet valve. You may can adjust the amount of water coming in by removing the plastic end cover on the ice maker and adjusting the screw labeled with a - and +

Ice maker will make solid cubes and cubes that are hollow. Is there something I can do to have cubes all solid.
