With bake selected I'm only getting 15 vac to the top ignitor. I'm stumped..

Just checked and it will work with when broil is selected...

The cooktop works, but the oven will not come on.
The ignitor went out back in Aug., so I replace it. Worked great til now. I replaced ignitor again and it didn't fix it this time.

What do I check next? The wife wants her stove working..:D
