I have an Estate washer, model TAWS700EQ2. At the start of the spin cycle, when the basket is loaded, the basket will not spin unless manually started. If the load is too heavy, the basket will not spin. The spin may be slow or it may be normal speed but towards the end of the cycle it will slow down. What are the possible reasons for this?
