first thing i would do is download the user manual, an go to trouble shooting. but sounds like there is a bad control board in there. hope this gets you a start!!! Thompson Refrigeration Heating & Cooling

The "control lock" light is on, and the machine won't do anything. "Cancel" doesn't turn it off, "start" doesn't work, even unplugging the machine doesn't work. It's frozen. :confused:
