Thanks, Gene

I've pulled the washer out, but diging into the side panel looks daunting. Lots of insulation and stuff. Are there any manuals available for this model to tell me the correct order of disassembly?

I've removed the inner parts and gotten to what appears to be an impeller at the bottom of the tub. Turning it with my finger it feels a little stiff.

Very likely the problem is a bad circulation pump. You have to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet and remove the right side panel to access it.

- The part number for the circulation pump is AP3842231

The water's OK the power's OK but the washer doesn't run. When I start the cycle (any cycle) and close the door nothing happens. Well yes, the water heater does come on as I can feel the heat from it inside the washer. I can't seem to find any documentation on this model. Any help out there?
