Hello, I have an icemaker that stopped working. The metal arm stayed in the almost 'all the way up' position for awhile and finally came down. But there is no ice. The tech that came said that the water valve is fine. The problem is that the gear is broken. He said we needed to replace the "icemaker assembly", whatever that is. What parts are included in the icemaker assembly? Do you have a package with just those parts (without the water valve)? Why not just replace the gear? Any instructions for how to do it? Thanks, Pam
