The first thing I would check is the air gap (on top of the sink) for a plug. If there is nothing wrong then disconnect the drain hose from the air gap and put it in a bucket. If there is no air gap and the drain hose is connected straight to the garbage disposer then disconnect it and put the hose in a bucket. Run the dishwasher and see how it'll drain. Post the results. I can't find the owners manual to trouble shoot the problem. There is water in the bottom after running that isn't draining out. Is there somewhere where something may be clogging? Thank you
