Let me ask the question another way ...
When the oven temperature sensor fails, what are the typical symptoms seen in the operation of the oven? What resistance (ohms) should I expect to see across the sensor terminals at room temperature?

Oven comes up to set temperature OK (Example 400 F) . Main burner cuts out, but does not relight until temp has fallen 80 deg F.
How can I make the gas relight closer to 380 F?
