Is the freezer fan running. It is required to push the cold air into the fresh food section.

Look in the freezer to see if you see any frost or ice buildup anywhere. if so this is probably an indication of a defrost problem. Start by locating the defrost timer in the control area, there should be a part that is turnable, turn it a little at a time to see if the unit will go into defrost cycle. Post your results. Hi if anyone can help I have an Amana frig and the freezer which is on the bottom, is fine but the frig on top is not cold at all and even when I turn it all the way up it does not get cold. I need to know if this model has 2 thermostats and if it does where exactly is it.
