In permanent press with heat contacts 3 PK/BU and 4 PK/BK must be closed for the timer to advance when the Cycling Thermostat shuts the heat off.
Unplug the unit. Put it in Perm Press with heat and check that they are closed.

Might also be a broken wire, the orange one from the thermostat to the timer would be at the top of the list.

Always a possibility that the Cycling Thermostat you received is defective. Remove it heat the face up with a soldering gun or on an oven element and check that the Normally Open contacts close when the thermostat trips to off.

The timer would be at the top of the list.

Timer will not advance in auto dry modes when temp selector is on any heat. Timer will advance in auto when temp selector is on air fluff. I have changed the cycling thermostat and the the temp selector switch. Any ideas?
