	The coupling, this part here might be the problem. It is under the agitator Part number: AP3964635 The agitator pulls up, but a lot of times it is difficult, and it can release suddenly smacking you in the face.

	When washing clothes the agitator will not turn back and forth.... I 've checked the belt on the washer..its good The agitator will turn back and forth with nothing in it.... Also ...how do i take the agitator off Thanks Alfred
