You must check L1 to L2 = 240 volts and L1 to Neutral & L2 to Neutral = 120 volts. Motor uses 120 volts and it is not unusual for you to loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker. We are getting power from the outlet to the back of the dryer,but from there to the start switch we have no power. Not sure where you measured so cannot comment on this. I do not have a wiring diagram for this unit so am doing some guessing. Your unit may have the thermal limiter Item 1236 in "Cabinet & drum" section wired is series with the start switch or if it is in the motor circuit it will still give an apparent no power symptom.. Also the door switch is usually ahead of the start switch in the circuit. If you do not have the wiring diagram take a look in the control console, they like to hide them in there.
