That is generally the symptons of a bad transmission. Operate it with the front panel off and see if the motor is turning in agitation mode. If it is, tranny is suspect. If not, motor, wiring and control unit are suspects.

The washer fills and spins fine but it will not agitate in any cycle. Any ideas on what part to check first?
