Hey I'm really glad to have found this site. Our ice maker crapped out, so we called the service guy who installed the replacementWR30X10093.

In about 24 hours we got one cycle of cubes, and then nothing.

I did the diagnostic - off for one minute, then 3 pushes on the arm right away w/in 15 secs, and nothing happened.

I put my finger on the plastic water feeder spout at the back of the thing (that fills up the little reservoir), and it feels like the opening is iced over.

The freezer itself is registering at around 5 degrees F. Maybe it's too cold?

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated!
