You need to split the door by removing the inner frame cover called the choke cover. Use a putty knife to work around the edge between the inner frame and the outer door frame until you can pull it free. You may be able to get to the screws at this point, but if not, the outer panel is held to the metal choke by many tabs. If you break a couple, not a big deal. Once the handle is removed, put it all back together.

I am having trouble replacing the door handle on my KHMS155LSS4. I cannot access the screws. I viewed a video of similar problem but the model was not the same.
