We have a GE Profile Spacemaker 2.0 microwave (JVM2070CH02). The touch screen lights up but does not respond. The clock works and the light and fan work. The first time this happened we unpluged it for 2 minutes and it began working, but that does not help this time. Is this something we can repair or is it worth calling in a repairman? Thank you for any help.
