Ed, Intermittent problems are the hardest to diagnose. My best guess and reccomendation would be : Start with replacing the ADC/Defrost control board. It's the most likely issue. It's located inside the control panel in the fresh food compartment, Part number: AP4981918 Good Luck, :) :) :)
