Need help with ice maker. I replace the ice maker old one had a broken gear and quit working. The new one will not work. I check the fill valve and it works. I jump the v test point to L and filled the maker with water and it is frozen but will not cycle. I check TP L to N and have 119 volts. What could be wrong?
