This is an LG refrigerator. Customer said the icemaker always overflowed the ice bin and never shut off since it was new.
Looks like the auto shutoff metal wire never gets high enough to shut if off.
The ice goes in the ice tray, but overflows before it can raise the shutoff arm high enough.
Hope someone has seen this before.
