When attempting to repair a "noise" when compacting, I had stopped the drum in the middle of its descent! I believe the switch must have burned out since I am unable to raise it when pressing the "start" button.
Can I get a replacement for this old but very reliable masher. The front door matchs my cabinetry and I don't want to buy a new one. Your help is appreciated.
