Since the problem is intermittent, and you've cleaned everything out,including the exhaust vent pipe ? It's the most likely problem, with your description. :) :) :)

My Frigidaire (says Electrolux by the model #) dryer has a burner problem. Sometimes the burner will light, more often it won't. I can hear the igniter clicking on with no results.
