Alrighty,

Dishes weren't cleaning.

Water is entering unit. To check for enough water added some after fill stopped.

Removed, lower spray are and strainer/filters. Removed pump impeller housing and checked impeller free. Set door switch and viewed motor spinning. Replaced housing. Let fill cycle finish. And operated the washer with door open. Water starts to pump then slows. Arm never turns. Water sprays out about 4 inches.

As if pumps isn't spinning fast enough.

Impeller doesn't have any visible defects.

What is the purpose of the check ball? Just wondering..
