	If the door is locked, check out the water valve and the control unit. If the door is not locked, check out the lock mechanism and wiring. There should be tech notes inside the lower service panel that will you service it.

	The washer just makes a buzzing sound when I pull the washing knob. it seems like the door isn't locked, but it is shut. When I pull the detergent tray out the buzzing sound stops.
