You are welcome. I'm glad it's up and running.

Thank you for your feedback.

Just wanted to come here and say thanks for your help, you were right on with what the problem was. We fixed it a couple weeks ago and have had no issues since! I am glad you told me about the bearing assembly and how it wouldn't hurt to replace it, when we opened it up the old bearing assembly was basically in pieces it just fell apart in my hands and the glides were completely gone except for one that was 1/2 there, no sign of the others that is how worn they were. Thanks again, saved us a lot of $$ by ordering through your links and giving us the advice on how to fix it ourselves!

Yes, it is. It would not hurt to replace it as well.

Thanks so much, I am printing this all off now.... do you have a part number for the actual drum support? I didn't see a part just labeled drum support but maybe I missed it in the diagrams. Is this something that would be best to replace even if it looks ok to the ********** eye??

This part is the drum support bearing assembly which I did mention in the previous post. You have to take the dryer apart (the instructions are attached) and replace all four slides. Also inspect the drum support itself. Maybe it has to be replaced too.

- The white slide (two needed) Part number: AP2041815
Part number: AP2041815

- The dark slide (two needed) Part number: AP631382
Part number: AP631382

- The drum support bearing assy Part number: AP4297334
Part number: AP4297334

Thanks for any help you can give, looking at the diagram it looks like it would be the parts listed "front panel diagram" then clicking on that it's something like part 313. I looked in there(hard to see because of where it's at) but it's right above the light bulb,(open the door, and it's kind of located up towards the front of the dryer on the top directly above the light bulb) there is a seam and then these 2 holes where clothes are getting caught. If I leave the piece of clothing in the hole and start the dyer it doesn't turn with the drum, so whatever part it is is stationary. Did that make any sense?

Where are those holes? Are they in the drum support bearing (#313 on the diagram) or somewhere else? Can you refer to the diagram?

any help???

The past month thin items are getting stuck in either 1 of the 2 holes at the top of the dryer closer to the door. Sometimes things get stuck in both of these holes. When you pull out the item it leaves a nice hole in the fabric, of course it is happening to nice clothes, couldn't be a sock or anything. What do I need to do to fix this and parts? I have done a search here and similar problems seem to be getting different answers so I am a little confused!

Thanks
