In my diswasher, the delivery tube comes throught the tub, and a nozzle is threaded to the delivery tube. My issue is that it keeps spinning off and water runs on the floor. When I tighten the nozzle it seems to tighten well and doesn't pull off. It just keeps loosening???? what can I do to stop this or what is causing this???
