I don't think you'll need anything else besides the water filter head if this is the part which was damaged.

I am replacing the "water filter head",( part # AP4080076). It froze up and cracked, and are all hose connectors included? Is it necessary to replace the "block fil" Part# AP4373546.. or any other part?
