I bought a new thermostat knob (Part Number Y703499) for my Jenn-Air W105 wall oven, but the off position on the knob does not align with OFF on the oven. The knob itself has some adjustment screws on the back, and when I adjust them from minimum to maximum they align with 100 degrees F at the low end, and 300 degrees F at the high end. Customer service tells me this is the only replacement knob available. Is there anything I can do to make it fit?
