Thanks forthe reply; the soap dispenser does not lock in place when rotated. I have removed the cover but see no obvious problem. It's spring loaded so could that be the problem?

You will need to remove the door's inner panel to see what has happened.

I have a GE Profile Quiet Power II. The soap dispenser will not close so the unit's door will not close and lock. What is the possible solution? Do I need to remove the entire front panel on the unit?
