I cannot find any info on the given model number but it should not make much of a difference as GE likes to keep all tech info a secret.

You may have knocked a wire off of the motor.
The motor has two centrifugal switches which close when the motor gets close to operating speed.
On switches on the heater. But the other switches out the motor's start winding and also provides a circuit path to the motor so that you can release the start button. This is the one that may have the problem.

IT WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL AFTER I REPLACED FRONT BRG AND FELT. IT WILL WORK IF YOU HOLD IT ON. IT STILL SHUTS OFF WHEN TIME RUNS OUT. WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP:confused:
