As long as all the screens are clear in the hoses. I would replace the water valve. I good way to tell is if you do not hear a hum, when you ask for cold water, the water valve is most likely your problem. Tom

My washer does not want to dispense cold water during the cycles. I only get the hot water to come out. Have checked the lines and clean the wire mesh filters at both ends of the hoses but did not fix the problem I need some help.
