There must be something jamming the door, so take off the top and see if you can release the drawer in that manner.

The top should come off if you take out two screws in the back and pull the top back.

The detergent dispenser drawer on my LG # WM2688HWM washing machine won't pull out. How do I replace it at the very least get it open?
