I checked the wires. Ihave 123 volts on each leg. With the oven controls off, I have no voltage at the elements. With the oven controls on, I have 123 volts at each of the element terminals, both the bake element and the broil element.

Check your wiring going to the element and the control board.

I just replaced burned out oven element. All controls act like they are operating normally, but no heat. indicator lights come on. I checked the resistance temperature detector and it had right reading.
