Our Maytag LAT9306BGE makes a very loud uuugh-uuugh noise during the agitation cycle only (sounds like someone is being punched in the stomach). There are no other unusual sounds during the other cycles. The machine was used for 2 years. The belts are fine. The noise is coming from the rear top right of the machine.
(1) Can you instruct me how to check if the spin basket is loose?
(2) Can you tell me how to determine if the spin bearing is bad/busted?
(3) Can we continue to use it without causing damage the machine?
(4) Would a little grease help?
