Good job. We are glad you were able to fix it.

Gene.

Found the problem. At the bottom of the door, under the panel, a metal piee had cut some wires which shorted out the original control board.

Fixed the wires and it all works.

The dishwasher was not filling everytime. I replaced the water inlet valve and the float switch. Still would not fill.

I pulled the door cover off and looked over the control board. I noticed a darkened (scorched area) so assumed (bad idea) that the board was the problem.

I replaced the circuit board and still not filling. I checked water coming from the water line, Ohm on the valve etc.

I have read that there is a diagnostic sheet under the kick plate but it appears mine is gone (I see a pouch where it used to be (had it worked on a few years ago). I did see how to enter the manual test mode and I did that but did not see anything that pointed to the problem. No error codes.

I am at a loss as to what I should check next. Is it possibile that I have a broken wire somewhere? Does anyone have the diagnostic sheet for this model?
