There is no potentiometers in this cooktop. The temperature for these two burners regulated by the pot sensor switch. This part is on back order and you have to call the APP customer service (877-477-7278) for ETA.

- The part number for the pot sensor switch is AP2831836

The thermasensor elemets cannot be regulated by the potentioimeters. Do I need to replace the potentiometes or the elements?
