Check the motherboard in the back, they tend to develop bad solder joints in the back by the power relay.

This Profile Arctica periodically defrosts and melts all of the ice. The motor also sounds like it is trying to run, but can't. There is a sound of woosh, woosh, almost like an exhale in the rythmn that you would take a breath. very frustrating!
